Susannah is enthusiastic and welcoming to all standards of fitness and all ages and genders. If like me you’re lazy with stretching pre- and post-exercise then her class is a godsend! Ninety minutes of directed yoga works on every part of your physique, and I’m remaining injury free, more balanced physically and mentally, and look forward to Tuesday nights to get my week’s pre-hab done in her friendly class. I can’t rate her yoga class highly enough
